About The Job
We are seeking an innovative Talent Attraction Manager, to lead our recruitment team and the transformation of our hiring practices. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, leveraging AI-powered platforms to optimize sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement while maintaining a people-first approach. You will also oversee the management and optimization of recruitment processes, tools, ERP systems, internal talent marketplace strategies, and campus recruitment partnerships to ensure seamless integration and efficiency across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
Recruitment Strategy & Implementation
- Design, implement, and drive adoption of AI-enabled recruitment tools and workflows.
- Redesign hiring processes to integrate automation without compromising candidate experience.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and ensure ethical, compliant use in recruitment.
Recruitment/Onboarding Processes, Tools & ERP Management
- Manage and optimize recruitment and onboarding processes and systems, including ATS and ERP integrations.
- Evaluate and implement tools that enhance efficiency and compliance across the hiring lifecycle.
- Ensure seamless connectivity between recruitment platforms and broader HR technology ecosystem.
Internal Talent Marketplace & Internal Sourcing
- Develop and manage internal talent marketplace strategies to promote internal mobility and career growth.
- Implement internal sourcing initiatives to identify and engage existing employees for new opportunities.
- Partner with Learning & Development and HRBPs to align internal talent strategies with workforce planning.
Campus Recruitment & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and professional associations.
- Develop campus recruitment programs to attract early-career talent and strengthen the talent pipeline.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and campus engagements.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Develop advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, niche boards, and AI-driven platforms.
- Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs using predictive analytics and workforce planning tools.
Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding
- Execute data-driven recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Enhance employer brand presence across social media and career platforms.
Performance Measurement & Insights
- Define and track KPIs (i.e. time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction).
- Use analytics to measure impact and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Change Management & Capability Building
- Train recruiters and hiring managers on tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR Operations and HRBPs to drive organizational change and adoption of new technologies.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering growth and high performance.
- Partner with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategy with organizational goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize recruiting tools and platforms.
About You
- 5-7 years in talent acquisition.
- Team leadership considered an asset.
- Proven success in recruitment transformation and AI-enabled hiring strategies.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Hands-on experience with AI-enablement platforms and LinkedIn Talent Insights, or similar.
- Experience managing recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with internal talent marketplace strategies and internal sourcing best practices.
- Ability to use metrics and analytics to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action, empathy, and accountability.
