We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to add to our front office team. The ideal candidate would would meet the following criteria:
- Detailed understanding of shipping and customs (importing and exporting) paperwork and requirements
- Experience using Border Connect and Motive
- Experience with purchasing, particularly in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting functions such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Experience using Sage 50 accounting software considered an asset
- Experience in payroll considered an asset
- Background in accounting, customer service, and/or administrative roles an asset
- Marketing experience considered an asset
