At ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg, we help people through some of the most stressful situations they'll ever face. When disaster strikes, the first person many customers speak to is us.
We're looking for a Office Assistant who can provide a welcoming customer experience, keep our office running smoothly, and help create a workplace where people enjoy coming to work.
What You'll Do
- Handle First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.
- Welcome customers, visitors, and team members with a positive attitude.
- Support project teams with administrative and customer service
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- A positive, friendly personality and genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Experience in administration, customer service, reception, hospitality, or office coordination.
Assets That Will Set You Apart
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property claims.
- Experience with social media or content creation.
- Experience coordinating events, employee engagement, or recognition programs.
