Senior Account Manager – Client Growth (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Role Overview
This is not an admin seat. You'll own a portfolio of active client accounts: be the person they trust, keep their campaigns moving, and spot what they need next - and earn uncapped commission on everything you grow. You'll work directly with our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Own Your Client Relationships
- Be the main point of contact for your portfolio of accounts.
- Keep clients confident, informed, and excited about the work we deliver.
- Lead kickoff and onboarding meetings for the accounts you take on.
- Write and deliver client proposals; handle invoicing and general account admin.
✅ Grow Your Book
- Learn each client's business deeply enough to see what they need before they ask.
- Recommend and close additional services and projects within your accounts - with uncapped commission on what you close.
- Keep retention high and grow the revenue your portfolio generates over time.
- Build a growth plan for your book with our leadership team.
Compensation & Perks
✅ 75,000-100,000 per year (base + commission)

Who You Are
✅ 3+ years of account management experience, ideally at an agency.
✅ A relationship builder with a proven track record in client-facing roles.
✅ A clear, confident communicator - in writing and in the room.
✅ Methodical, organized, and calm juggling many moving pieces.
✅ Business or accounting skills are a bonus.
