We started this company to fix more than just pipes. We wanted to fix the experience of calling a plumber.
After years in the trade, Phil had seen the same thing play out again and again: homeowners left out of the loop, techs treated like a number, and service that felt more like a gamble. So in 2017, he set out to build something better.
