Office Location & Hybrid Model
- Our office is in downtown Toronto, a 5-minute walk from Union Station.
- We embrace a flexible hybrid work model, with teams in 2 to 4 times per month.
Contract: Oct 15, 2026 – April 7, 2027
Hourly Rate: $26 - $32
About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Year-End Reporting Administrator to join our team on a contract basis to support our annual and monthly regulatory reporting and year-end tax cycle. The role provides administrative and operational support for NI 45-106 reporting and the preparation and distribution of investor tax slips, working closely with Investor Services and other operational teams.
What You’ll Do
- Support annual and monthly NI 45-106 reporting, ensuring filings are accurate, complete, and submitted within regulatory deadlines
- Assist with year-end tax activities, including support for the preparation and distribution of T3, T5, and T5008 tax slips
- Assist with indexing tax slips not prepared by Investor Services, including external fund slips and T5013 slips
- Support data collection, validation, and reconciliation activities required for year-end reporting processes
- Provide administrative and operational support for other year-end deliverables as required
- Any other reasonable duties as required by management/leadership
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves / Required
- Completed post-secondary education in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including working with large data sets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and meeting filing deadlines
- Clear and fluent communication skills (written, verbal) are essential to this role
- Availability to work the full contract term, including peak year-end periods
Nice-to-Haves / Assets
- Previous experience in fund administration, transfer agency, financial services, or tax reporting
- Working knowledge of Canadian investor tax reporting (T3, T5, T5008, T5013) and/or NI 45-106 regulatory filings
- Exposure to securities regulatory filings or CRA tax slip preparation and distribution cycles
- Knowledge of investment funds or financial markets
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications beyond Excel
- Interest in building a career within the financial services industry
