Pay Range: $109,052 - $145,411

We are looking for a Strategy Development Principal to join our Corporate Strategy and Stakeholder Experience division.
In this role, you will lead the development and review of business strategies that support SGI’s corporate strategy and facilitate strategic planning discussions with senior leaders. You will provide strategic guidance and insights, prepare strategy documents and supporting materials, and develop tools and approaches that strengthen planning across the organization. You will also support the alignment and evaluation of strategic plans and help establish measures that track progress toward organizational priorities.

- Are a skilled facilitator who can guide productive discussions, draw out diverse perspectives, and help groups reach clarity and alignment.
- Have experience developing, articulating, and translating corporate and business strategies into practical plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Think critically and apply sound judgment to assess complex information, identify strategic implications, and recommend thoughtful courses of action.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders and communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with varied audiences.
- Work collaboratively across teams and functions, balancing different perspectives and interests to advance shared organizational priorities.
These skills are typically acquired through a four-year degree in a relevant field of study, such as Business and ten years of experience in strategy formulation and corporate governance including six years of progressively challenging leadership experience.
