Shared Health was founded in values that celebrate the diversity of our province and pursue equity of access to health services for all Manitobans by bringing together clinical experts from across the province to deliver a patient-centred, accessible and responsive health system.

We work collaboratively with regional health authorities, service delivery organizations and communities to ensure the health care needs of Manitobans are met compassionately, effectively and as close to home as possible. Shared Health’s scope and services continue to evolve as part of Manitoba’s broader health system transformation.

We are committed to ongoing innovation in delivering health care services and recruiting, developing, and retaining dedicated employees. As health care providers, it is essential to understand and acknowledge that people experience and access health care in different ways.
