General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keep common areas clean, including vacuuming and washing floors, cleaning windows (interior & exterior), wiping railings and door handles, removing garbage, cleaning bathrooms and other designated areas.
- Maintain outdoor spaces, including garbage cleanup.
- Clear snow and apply ice melt or sand as needed.
- Move garbage bins for scheduled pickup and return them after.
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies used in housekeeping activities.
- Notify superiors of any damage, deficits, and disturbances.
- Drive to different locations.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
