We are seeking a seasoned ETL Data Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience driving large-scale enterprise data reconciliation and ETL initiatives. In this role, you will lead complex data validation efforts, architect robust reconciliation pipelines, and bridge technical implementations with foundational business operations.
- 8+ years of experience leading ETL development and large-scale enterprise data reconciliation.
- Advanced SQL expertise with deep experience writing complex queries, performance tuning, and analyzing relational models.
- Proven tool experience across enterprise ETL suites (e.g., Informatica) and big data ecosystems (e.g., Hadoop).
- Strong data validation skills: Expertise in automated data checks, anomaly detection, balancing, and reconciliation frameworks.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management: Ability to facilitate technical discussions, build consensus, and communicate clearly with both technical and executive audiences.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in the Insurance industry is a strong asset.
