We’re looking for a General Manager to lead ReCar Halifax + Wonder Auto Lower Sackville.
This is a role for someone who wants to own the results, build a high-performing team, and have a real impact on a growing automotive business.
You will have the opportunity to lead the full operation - Sales, Finance, Fixed Operations, Inventory, Reconditioning, Customer Experience, and People Development.
Your success comes down to two things:
Maximize every opportunity.
Every lead. Every call. Every showroom visit. Every deal. Every customer. Build a team that follows the process, creates great experiences, and doesn’t leave opportunities on the table.
Manage the Inventory.
Own the inventory. From acquisition to reconditioning to merchandising to retail sale. Keep quality high, inventory moving, and aging under control.
We’re looking for someone who:
→ Has a strong leadership presence and knows how to get people moving in the same direction
→ Is highly organized, competitive, and driven by results
→ Loves the automotive business
→ Gets just as excited about developing people as hitting numbers
→ Takes ownership instead of making excuses
→ Is ready for their next big career move
→ Has GM, GSM, or senior automotive leadership experience
