Are you a seasoned events professional with a knack for turning client conversations into signed contracts and bringing complex details to life flawlessly?
We’re looking for a consultative, revenue-minded Event Solutions Manager to lead our client partnerships, convert warm opportunities, and drive business growth through strategic event solutions.
In this role, you’ll blend relationship management, consultative sales, and precision execution. You won't be making aggressive cold calls; instead, you’ll serve as the trusted expert who meets our warm inbound leads, leverages your established industry network to discover new business, converts inquiries into high-value packages, and oversees execution down to the finest detail.
Responsibilities:
- Consult & Convert Inbound Leads: Meet with prospective clients reaching out to us, understand their vision, and lead the full sales process - from initial pitch to closing tailored, high-margin event packages.
- Leverage & Expand Industry Connections: Tap into your established network of industry peers, vendors, and partners to drive organic business development, cross-referrals, and revenue opportunities.
- End-to-End Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact and account manager from initial deal conversion through post-event wrap-up.
- Meticulous Event Planning & Execution: Translate client goals into airtight proposals, budget estimates, and operational timelines. Ensure zero details slip through the cracks.
- Account Retention & Expansion: Maintain high client renewal rates and naturally drive account growth by identifying upsell opportunities during the planning process.
- Collaborate with Production: Work closely with our internal operations and production teams to ensure smooth handoffs and execution.
What we're looking for:
- Deep Events Industry Experience & Network: You know how events run inside and out, supported by an established network of industry peers and contacts to fuel new relationship building.
- Consultative Sales & Conversion Mindset: You excel at discovery, problem-solving, and presenting solution-driven proposals that comfortably close inbound leads and open new doors.
- Extreme Attention to Detail: You live for schedules, logistics, and making sure every single element of an event is accounted for.
- Strong Relationship Builder: You build trust easily with clients, partners, and internal teams alike.
