What will you do?
As a Project Specialist you will be managing multiple Projects in our Production environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environment, excel at communication, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while collaborating across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track up to 10 software and cybersecurity projects simultaneously from initiation to completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in production and R&D
- Facilitate clear communication across teams to ensure alignment and transparency
- Act as the central point of contact for project-related updates and escalations
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and drive resolution proactively
- Keep projects moving forward without delays by coordinating resources and decisions
- Build strong relationships across teams to enable smooth collaboration
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and collaboration practices
What will you need to succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering disciplines, Computer Science, Electrical or Software
- Recent graduate who has graduated in the last 12 months; (0–2 years of experience); internship or co-op experience is a strong asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse teams and open to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) is an asset
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project) is a plus
Hourly is commensurate with experience, and ranges between $ 33 CAD - $ 44 CAD.
