Our founding mission to empower, educate, and inspire people to live healthier lives hasn’t changed since 1989 - nor has our belief that investing in your own health is the greatest gift you can give someone. Because when you’re healthy, you have more to share.

Today, Silver Hills is a thriving family-owned, family-run business, manufacturing and marketing Silver Hills Bakery, Little Northern Bakehouse, and The Grain Escape, as well as operating our Abbotsford retail store and bakery, The Sprouted Oven.
