Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and period-end financial closes, prepare IFRS financial statements, and provide variance analysis and financial insights to leadership. Manage internal controls, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flows while leading the accounting team and improving processes through technology and automation.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, a CPA designation, and at least seven years of progressive accounting and financial experience, including three years in a senior role. Candidates should have Big Four or mining company experience, advanced ERP and Excel skills, knowledge of tax and statutory reporting, strong leadership and analytical abilities, and fluency in English and Spanish.
