Customer satisfaction is key at Silverhill Acura and we are looking for a new Full-Time Receptionist who values providing the highest level of service to our valued Customers. As a Director of First Impressions, you will be an integral member of the Team.
Responsibilities
Conduct themselves and perform their duties in a manner that demonstrates Silverhill Acura’s concierge level of service. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Welcome and acknowledge all clients and guests entering the showroom
- Answering and directing all incoming calls, messages, and emails as necessary
- Provide all guests and clients with help regarding the purpose of their visit
- Maintain client lounge and facilities to our high standard of cleanliness and keep properly stocked
- Assist sales and administration departments with assigned clerical duties
Required skills and qualifications
- Dealership experience an asset
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge using CDK and One Eighty software an asset
- Excellent organizational skills
- Motivated by providing exemplary customer service
Hours of work
- Monday - Friday
- Hours to be discussed with right candidate

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week

Experience:
- Reception: 1 year (required)
- Automotive Dealership: 2 years (preferred)
