Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Partner with HR and department leaders to identify organizational and individual training and development needs.
- Develop and maintain learning plans aligned with business priorities and employee development needs.
- Design engaging instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs, including workshops, videos, quizzes, simulations, job aids, and other learning resources.
- Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create practical and engaging training experiences.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for employees across the organization.
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical or complex information into clear, effective learning content.
- Support managers with on-the-job training, coaching, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration, user management, reporting, and learner progress.
- Measure training effectiveness using assessments, employee feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Continuously review and improve training programs based on results, feedback, and changing business needs.
- Support organizational changes and new initiatives by developing training and resources that help employees successfully adopt new processes.
- Stay current on emerging learning technologies, tools, and best practices and recommend opportunities to improve how learning is delivered.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, corporate training, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Experience developing eLearning content and working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex or technical information into clear, engaging learning experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess training needs and measure learning effectiveness.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities independently.
