Our Edmonton North team is looking for an HVAC Technical Service Advisor to become an integral part of the team. If you have a strong HVAC background, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and like helping others find practical solutions, this could be a great opportunity to put your technical experience to work.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support, product recommendations, and troubleshooting guidance to customers and employees.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and deliver technical and product training to employees and customers, both in person and virtually.
- Stay current on HVAC technical information, industry developments, new products, and technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and employees by providing knowledgeable and responsive technical service.
- Work closely with the Technical Services Manager and leadership to identify technical training needs and support the development of training programs.
- Uphold Sinclair Supply's Core Values, policies, and procedures at all times.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Qualification/Experience
- 3+ Years of hands-on technical experience in the HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products, equipment, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to provide clear technical guidance and recommend appropriate troubleshooting steps and solutions.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to explain technical information to individuals with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
Additional Requirements:
- Working remotely is not an option.
- Travel requirement - approximately 15%.
