Skinopathy is looking for someone to help us grow Skinopathy Wounds across the Canadian long-term care sector.
We’re looking for someone who knows LTC, ideally already has relationships in the sector, and is willing to do the hands-on work required to turn conversations into customers.
This is a sales role.
You’ll be picking up the phone, reaching out to operators, getting meetings, visiting homes, running demos, following up and staying on opportunities until they move forward.
We’re not looking for someone who just wants to develop strategy or manage a pipeline. We want someone who likes opening doors, meeting people and getting things done.
What you’ll be doing- Building and owning a pipeline of LTC organizations across Ontario and eventually Canada
- Calling, emailing, and directly reaching out to prospective customers
- Using your existing LTC relationships to open doors where you can
- Building relationships with LTC operators, clinical leaders, Directors of Care, nursing teams, wound care leaders and other decision-makers
- Running product demos and helping customers understand how Skinopathy Wounds can fit into their organization
- Visiting LTC homes and meeting customers in person
- Attending industry conferences and events
- Following up consistently and keeping opportunities moving
- Working directly with our founders on pilots, proposals, pricing and closing business
- Sharing what you’re hearing in the market so we can keep improving the product and how we sell it
Who we’re looking forYou may have experience in long-term care, seniors’ care, healthcare, medical devices, health technology, pharmacy, wound care or a related field.
An existing network in Canadian LTC, particularly Ontario, would be a big plus.
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who:
- Is comfortable picking up the phone
- Knows how to get a meeting instead of waiting for one to appear
- Can build credibility with both clinical and business leaders
- Is comfortable presenting and demonstrating technology
- Follows through and doesn’t let good opportunities quietly disappear
- Likes getting out and meeting customers
- Can work independently and take ownership
- Is comfortable figuring things out as they go
A little about usSkinopathy is a Canadian health technology company building AI-enabled tools for skin health and wound care.
We’re also still a startup.
We have customers, technology, and some exciting opportunities in front of us, but we don’t have everything figured out yet. We’re still building our processes, learning what works and, frankly, learning how to grow up as a company.
If you’re looking for a big organization with a mature sales playbook, layers of support and a process for everything, this probably isn’t the right fit.
But if you like rolling up your sleeves, talking to customers, figuring things out and helping build the playbook as you go, we’d love to talk.
You’ll work closely with the founders, have a lot of autonomy and have a real opportunity to shape how we grow in long-term care.

- We’d especially like to hear about the organizations and types of decision-makers you’ve worked with, and how you’ve personally opened doors and won new business.
