Role Description
The Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, artists, workshop participants, community members, and partners, helping create a welcoming experience for all who enter the Centre. The successful candidate will oversee administrative functions including correspondence, record management, scheduling, event coordination, inventory tracking, and general office operations. They will also support financial processes such as invoicing, sales tracking, and basic bookkeeping. Beyond administration, this role plays an important part in supporting the growth and visibility of the Centre. The Administrator will build relationships with Indigenous artisans to assist in expanding gallery offerings, support retail and gallery sales, and contribute to community engagement initiatives. The role also includes maintaining the Centre's online presence through website updates, social media management, event promotion, and content creation that showcases Indigenous artists, cultural programming, and community activities.
