Skyfeel Developments is seeking experienced Investment Banking and Finance Professionals to support capital raising, investor relations, financial analysis, strategic partnerships, and real estate investment initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Financial modelling and investment analysis
• Capital raising and investor outreach
• Market and feasibility research
• Preparing investment presentations and business cases
• Working with lenders, investors, and financial institutions
• Evaluating real estate and development opportunities
• Supporting strategic growth initiatives
Requirements
• Background in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Commercial Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, or Financial Analysis
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Experience in capital markets, investments, or structured finance preferred
• MBA, CFA, CPA, or related qualifications are assets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
