We’re based in Sherwood Park and manage a growing portfolio of condominium corporations across Edmonton, St. Albert and surrounding communities, from townhouse complexes to apartment-style buildings.

What we do: + Full-service condominium management, including operations, maintenance coordination, vendor oversight and bylaw administration + Financial management, including budgets, monthly reporting, reserve fund planning and audit coordination + Board support for AGMs, board meetings, governance and owner communication + Capital projects, working with engineers and contractors to plan and deliver major repairs + New: Accounting and administrative services for self-managed condominium corporations
