About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Manual QA / Functional Tester with strong Capital Markets / Treasury domain knowledge and a good understanding of Business Analysis (BA) processes.
Key Requirements
✅ 5+ years of QA / Manual & Functional Testing experience
✅ Strong SQL skills for data querying and validation
✅ Financial Services / Capital Markets / Treasury / Trading experience
✅ Experience with Pre-Trade & Post-Trade systems
✅ Strong understanding of Front-to-Back Trade Lifecycle
✅ Knowledge of Money Market (MM) and Foreign Exchange (FX) is highly preferred
✅ Understanding of Deal Capture, Trade Execution, Risk Management, Confirmations, Accounting & Settlement
✅ Experience creating Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios & Test Cases
✅ Strong defect reporting and troubleshooting skills using Jira
✅ Ability to understand business requirements and work closely with Business Analysts (BA) and Development teams
✅ Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience with Bonds / Fixed Income / Interest Rates
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Quality metrics and reporting
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / System Integration Testing (SIT)
