We're looking for an experienced Parts Technician to join our team in Lac La Biche, Alberta.
Job Type: Permanent – Full Time
Wage: $35–$45/hour based on experience and qualifications
Location: Lac La Biche, AB
Job Description
- Experienced Parts Technician preferred
- Heavy-duty truck and automotive parts experience is an asset
- Work with a large inventory of heavy-duty, automotive and industrial parts
- Customer-facing counter and phone sales
- Source parts from suppliers and manufacturers
- Work closely with our Service Department and technicians
- Support both shop and outside customers
Responsibilities
- Identify and source the correct parts for repairs
- Quote and sell parts to customers
- Process parts orders, invoices and returns
- Receive, inspect and organize incoming parts
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors
- Assist technicians and service advisors with parts requirements
- Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service
- Keep the parts department organized and efficient
