We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support sales planning, reporting, and field sales effectiveness. In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights, enhance reporting capabilities, support customer-facing initiatives, and help achieve business growth objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced consumer products environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of industry trade shows and customer events, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence through effective logistics, asset management, promotional material coordination, and event support.
- Partner with sales and field teams to align on monthly priorities, communicate key initiatives, and support execution across multiple markets.
- Develop, maintain, and improve CRM reporting, dashboards, and sales tracking tools that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor field sales execution, performance metrics, and compliance through reporting and analytical insights.
- Deliver ad hoc reporting, business analysis, and recommendations to sales leaders and key stakeholders.
- Support onboarding initiatives for new field sales team members by providing reporting tools, resources, and operational guidance.
- Assist leadership with trade planning, business reviews, forecasting support, presentations, and strategic projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Revenue Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams to support business initiatives and execution.
- Analyze sales and market data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, or a related commercial function.
- Experience within consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, or other fast-paced commercial environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience supporting trade shows, customer events, or sales activation programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex processes and translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar customer management systems preferred.
- Experience working with point-of-sale, syndicated, retailer, or market performance data is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
