About This Role
Description Join Soft Techniques as an AI Engineer Intern and work on cutting-edge AI systems used by real businesses. You will collaborate with our engineering team to build and improve AI agents, RAG pipelines, LLM-powered applications, voice AI systems, and automation workflows. You will gain hands-on experience with modern AI technologies including OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, vector databases, and real-time AI systems. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI, eager to learn quickly, and excited to build production-grade applications. At Soft Techniques, you'll contribute to projects involving AI interviewers, voice agents, AI automation, document intelligence, and multi-agent systems. Requirements Strong fundamentals in Python and/or TypeScript Good understanding of data structures and algorithms Basic knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering Understanding of REST APIs and backend development Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to learn new technologies quickly Good communication and teamwork skills Bonus: Experience with OpenAI, Claude, or other LLM APIs Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or AI agents Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, pgvector, or ChromaDB Familiarity with FastAPI, React, or Next.js Experience with voice AI technologies such as LiveKit, Twilio, Vapi, or ElevenLabs Experience with Docker, cloud platforms, or CI/CD
