We are looking for a part-time field operator (5-10 days per month) that preferably resides in the Caroline/Rocky Mountain House area to join our Sogar Team.
Responsibilities
You would be responsible for daily rounds to all of Sogar operated leases in the Caroline & Strachan area. Must have experience in oil well & gas well operations, compressor stations, and facilities. You would be reporting to Sogar's Field Superintendent on a regular basis. Open communication, and being a team player is mandatory. Your daily rounds would be self-managed based on urgency & well requirements. Daily recordings will be entered and uploaded using a Sogar supplied laptop. Experience in pigging lines, rig work, and project supervision would be a benefit to the applicant.
Working as a team with service companies, co-workers and head office in Calgary is required.
Qualifications
The applicant should have a minimum of 8 years field operating experience. This individual should have all industry Tickets up to-date including First-Aid, Confined Space, Ground Disturbance, WHIMIS, etc.. Must have own Truck, insurance, and Contract Operating insurance. Can work 8 hour days being scheduled, and be open to covering other field operators if needed.
