Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft queries, and support HRIS testing, including user acceptance testing and software lifecycle testing. Lead project tasks, solve operational issues, and collaborate with technical and non-technical users and internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Requires 5–7 years of HRIS experience, preferably with PeopleSoft HCM, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and experience building and troubleshooting PeopleSoft queries. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and project leadership skills; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
