Role Description The Professional Services Specialist is a full-time role responsible for delivering high-quality implementation, optimization, and support services to SOLOSQUID’s enterprise clients. In this hybrid position based in Canada, the specialist will work both on-site with customers and from home, coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client security systems, gathering requirements, configuring and deploying solutions, and ensuring systems are optimized for performance and usability. The role involves managing professional services engagements, documenting processes and outcomes, and providing clear guidance and training to customers. The specialist will also monitor customer satisfaction, respond to service requests, and contribute to continuous improvement of service offerings.
