We are the world's largest NGO protecting abandoned, neglected and abused children, providing loving homes and strengthening families so all children and young people can thrive.

We are non-political and non-denominational. We are a proud member of SOS Children's Villages International, which operates in over 130 countries. For more than 75 years, we have been caring for the world's most vulnerable children. The office in Canada has been active since 1969.

We are not just a large NGO but a recognized and respected one. We are recipients of the prestigious 2002 Hilton Humanitarian Prize and have been nominated 14 times for the Nobel Peace Prize, a testament to our commitment and impact.
