Associate Brand Manager Intern – Consumer Marketing

Overview
Internship opportunity within Consumer Marketing, supporting brand strategy, consumer insights, marketing execution and business performance. The role provides hands-on experience across brand planning, analytics, innovation, pricing, digital marketing and cross-functional business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic business plans and brand growth initiatives
- Analyse category, competitor and retail customer data to identify insights and opportunities
- Support P&L management, budgeting and investment recommendations
- Track monthly and annual shipment and consumption performance
- Support new product launches, pricing and merchandising strategies
- Conduct consumer research and translate findings into marketing recommendations
- Develop marketing communications across digital, TV, print, sampling and professional channels
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply, Demand Planning, Regulatory and Global Marketing teams
- Work with external agency partners on marketing communications and claims
- Contribute to eCommerce and digital marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Previous brand management internship or relevant marketing experience preferred
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and project management abilities
- Creative, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Digital marketing, eCommerce, budgeting or forecasting experience is an asset
- Authorised to work in Canada without current or future sponsorship
