Soul Prism Therapy

Soul Prism Therapy is a psychotherapy practice offering culturally responsive, trauma-informed mental health care across Ontario, with in-person services in Vaughan and virtual therapy throughout the province.

We believe therapy should make space for the whole person - their relationships, culture, family systems, identities, lived experiences and the many contexts that shape how they move through the world.

Our team supports teens and adults navigating concerns including anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, burnout, self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions and intergenerational patterns.

Our therapists bring diverse clinical approaches and lived experiences to their work, with services including EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, expressive arts, somatic and strengths-based approaches.

Alongside individual psychotherapy, Soul Prism Therapy is growing as a collaborative clinical community committed to thoughtful, ethical practice, ongoing learning and meaningful professional connection.
