Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders.
- Define acceptance criteria and support the development of functional specifications.
- Create process maps, workflows, wireframes, and other documentation as required.
- Support development and testing teams by clarifying requirements and resolving functional questions.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements.
- Identify business risks, dependencies, gaps, and potential solutions.
- Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and manage requirement changes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for stakeholders and management.
- Support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and basic data analysis.
- Experience with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar process-mapping tools.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and basic software architecture concepts.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Experience working on digital transformation or enterprise software projects.
- Relevant certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
