Responsibilities
Gather and document stakeholder requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and collaborate with development, QA, product, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support Agile delivery, coordinate user acceptance testing, track project changes and risks, and assist with implementation and process improvement.
Requirements
Requires strong requirements gathering, analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, along with knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum. Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows is expected; SQL, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, process modeling, and reporting tools are preferred.
