- Unlimited paid time off
- Health, Dental & Vision benefits
- A small, collaborative and supportive team that genuinely enjoys working together
- Incredible clients you'll actually be excited to create content for
- A clear growth path into a Jr. Account Manager position
What you'll be doing:
- Support Account Managers in executing social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Help film, edit, and package engaging short-form video content for client accounts
- Brainstorm content ideas, campaign concepts, seasonal opportunities, and trend adaptations
- Stay on top of platform updates, trends, creators, and emerging features
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and publishing using Dash Social and other tools
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
- Pull analytics and assist with monthly reporting
- Help source props, products, and materials for upcoming content shoots
- Attend monthly client shoots and help capture social-first content
- Collaborate closely with designers, creators, and Account Managers to bring campaigns to life
- Comfortable being behind the camera and occasionally appearing in content
Who we're looking for:
- 0-2 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
- Experience filming and editing short-form video
- Comfortable using CapCut, Canva, Edits, or similar tools
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Bonus points if you have experience in: Dash Social, Influencer marketing, or TikTok Shop
Please submit a portfolio showcasing your work alongside your resume.
Your portfolio should include examples of short-form video, social content you've created, or other creative work that demonstrates your skills.
