Position Summary
The Content Marketing Manager owns the brand voice and messaging of Reliability Solutions and its adjacent brands. This is a hands-on role: you will define the content strategy and personally execute it - writing, editing, publishing, and promoting content across every channel. Your core priorities are establishing Reliability Solutions and its experts as thought leaders in industrial reliability, publishing Precision Lubrication Magazine, producing SEO-driven content that grows organic traffic and inbound leads, and capturing and publishing customer stories that prove our impact in the field. You will also own social media and white papers, with video as a plus.

Editor & Publisher, Precision Lubrication Magazine

- Produce case studies in multiple formats - written, video (a plus), and short social snippets - that show measurable reliability and lubrication outcomes.
- Build a library of customer stories that sales can use by industry, application, and problem solved.
White Papers & High-Value Content
- Lead the development of white papers, business cases, webinars, and gated content from concept through publication.
- Use content as a strategic lever to increase inbound leads and support the sales pipeline.
Social Media
- Own social media strategy, planning, and day-to-day execution across all company and brand channels.
