Role Description The Sales and Marketing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. This position supports the sales and marketing team by assisting with market research, tracking leads, and preparing sales and marketing materials for residential, office, retail, and industrial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating customer inquiries, maintaining client databases, helping organize events and presentations, and supporting the preparation of proposals and promotional campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, updating online and offline marketing content, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations. The Sales and Marketing Assistant contributes to consistent brand messaging and helps enhance client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, including support for lead generation, follow-up activities, and promotional initiatives.
- Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and project priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with office productivity and CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with CRM tools is an asset).
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in real estate, construction, or professional services environments is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area and collaborate in a team-oriented setting.
