Who We Are;

Sporting Life is a proudly Canadian sports lifestyle brand, inspiring people to live, enjoy, and enable the sporting life since 1979.

From skiing and running to biking and tennis, we offer the best gear for those who live an active lifestyle.

As part of Sporting Life Group, alongside Golf Town and Team Town, we blend sport and style to help Canadians get outside and keep moving.

Why Work Here;

Employee discounts at Golf Town, Sporting Life, and Team Town Sports that are shareable with friends and family.

Flexible schedules to support your training, race days, or weekend adventures.
Vendor Pro Deals and expert product training to fuel your knowledge and performance.
Competitive pay and opportunities to grow your career in sports lifestyle.

What You'll Do;

As a Sales Associate, you will help customers embrace the sporting life by connecting them with gear that fits both their performance goals and personal style. Through active listening, thoughtful recommendations, and deep product knowledge, you'll drive sales and create loyal customers.

Build authentic relationships to understand customer needs and deliver sport- and style-based solutions.
Champion both sales and service, supporting daily store success and merchandising standards.
Contribute to a vibrant, energized store culture that celebrates active living.
Stay current on seasonal trends, product drops, and innovations across multiple sports lifestyle categories.

Passion for living an active lifestyle and helping others do the same.
Confidence in connecting with customers and helping them find exactly what they need.
Collaborative, team-first mindset with the drive to achieve shared goals.
Curiosity and commitment to building your expertise across categories - from sport, style, and accessories.
