St. Joseph’s Hospice provides quality-of-life at the end-of-life, offering compassionate, holistic care and companionship to people in London-Middlesex living with a terminal illness. Support is extended to their family members and caregivers, and to those grieving the loss of a loved one.

Focused on the unique needs of each client, Hospice delivers programs and services with careful and considerate thought, ensuring every day is lived to the fullest, with dignity, meaning and hope. Any palliative or bereaved individual, and their caregivers, can access hospice support, regardless of age, gender, race, religion, ethnicity or economic status.

St. Joseph’s Hospice provides specialized care with a client-centred approach. Clients and families are intimately involved in creating their own plan of care which best addresses their unique needs. Our competent and committed Hospice staff and volunteers work together as a team with other community health care professionals and service providers ensuring full support and quality end-of-life care for the palliative client.
