- Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM. Hours subject to change.
- Move portioned meat products from conveyor belts into various packaging, including vacuum-sealed bags and boxes.
- Weigh and portion diced meat, placing it into bags, trays, or vacuum machines.
- Transport meat products using carts or pans between workstations.
- Distribute meat from carts to conveyor belts using gloved hands.
- Load meat into injectors, vacuum machines, or tumblers.
- Place meat onto racks or into boxes.
- Verify product weights using scales.
- Seal packaged products using hand sealers.
- Sort products and ensure package integrity.
- Apply labels to packages.
- Work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Adhere to all quality and safety guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Basic math skills
- Comfortable working in a cold environment
- Willingness to comply with strict sanitation and safety procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Willingness to assist with general cleanup and additional tasks as assigned
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
