About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Glazing Drafter to join our team in Surrey, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, updating, and revising technical drawings for glazing projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise glazing shop drawings and technical drawings
- Review architectural drawings and project specifications
- Create accurate drawings based on project requirements
- Coordinate drawings with project managers and team members
- Make revisions according to project requirements and feedback
- Ensure drawings are accurate and meet project standards
Qualifications
- Experience in glazing, storefront, curtain wall, or architectural drafting is an asset
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or relevant drafting software
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
