As a Service Advisor at Steele Mazda Halifax, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact customers can rely on throughout their service journey. Whether you're helping with routine maintenance or guiding customers through more complex repairs, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive experience. If you enjoy building relationships, communicating clearly, and making a difference every day, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Hourly Wage Range: $21.40 - $25.70, plus performance bonus
What you'll do:
- Identify automotive performance problems and services by using excellent communication skills
- Handles all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Notifies customers immediately upon receiving inspect and report results
- Staying organized and documenting all repairs and service details.
- Notifies customers of any delays or changes in delivery
- Keeping your knowledge fresh with up-to-date training and manufacturer updates.
- Pitching in wherever needed and always looking for way to support your team.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Customer service experience.
- Great listening and people skills that make customers feels valued and heard.
- Strong communication skills, whether it's in person or over the phone.
- A team first attitude with a willingness to jump in and help.
- Good organization and learning skills
- A valid driver's license and a clean abstract.
