We’re seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead operations, clinical services, team development, and business growth at a growing community pharmacy in Kitchener.
Requirements:
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Pharmacy Manager, Assistant Pharmacy Manager, or strong leadership experience
- Community pharmacy operations experience
- Experience with inventory, staffing, financial performance, and KPIs
- Authorized to administer injections and immunizations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
