Manager, Strategic Finance

We’re looking for a Manager, Strategic Finance to support acquisitions, financing and capital markets activity. Reporting to the VP, FP&A, you’ll work closely with senior finance leaders on financial modelling, due diligence and transaction execution. This is an individual contributor role with direct exposure to executive and board-level decisions.
What you’ll do
- Build three-statement, valuation and merger models for potential acquisitions.
- Support M&A due diligence and prepare investment memos and board presentations.
- Analyse debt financing options, credit agreements and covenant scenarios.
- Support equity raises and public markets readiness, including potential up-listing, cross-listing and IPO work.
- Prepare investor presentations and quarterly earnings materials.
- Work with Legal, Accounting, investment banks and other advisers to execute transactions.
What you’ll bring
- 5–7 years’ experience, including meaningful time in investment banking, corporate development, transaction advisory or private equity.
- Direct experience executing M&A transactions.
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with expert-level Excel.
- Exposure to debt financing or equity capital markets.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and a CPA or CFA designation.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS or GAAP and the ability to produce clear, board-ready materials.
Experience in infrastructure, construction or technology is an advantage. An MBA is also welcome.
