Role Description
The Game Day Intern position is an unpaid, on-site role located in Stoney Creek, ON. This position supports game day operations, including assisting with event setup and teardown, preparing promotional materials, and ensuring that fan areas and seating are organized and welcoming. The intern helps coordinate pre-game, in-game, and post-game activities such as promotions, contests, and fan engagement initiatives, while communicating with staff, volunteers, and spectators as needed. Additional responsibilities may include supporting the ticketing or admissions process, updating basic social media content during games, and providing general customer service to guests. The role offers hands-on experience in sports event management and requires availability on game days, evenings, and weekends as scheduled.
