Job description:
Migration to SAP S/4HANA. We are looking for a strong Program Control Officer (PCO) with solid analytical skills and expertise in financial governance of a project. The PCO will support a Program Director and several Project Managers.
Main Tasks & Responsabilities:
- Ability to assess and improve complex ERP program financial structures, including budgets, actuals, forecasts, commitments, and cost categories, to establish a clear foundation for year-over-year tracking
- Ability to support both detailed project-level financial tracking and higher-level program roadmap estimates, ensuring active projects, future phases, annual forecasts, and multi-year commitments remain aligned and explainable.
- Support financial governance in collaboration with Finance, including monthly cost reports, forecasts, and quarterly re-baselines. Review with Program Managers and PMs on monthly KPIs (schedule and cost accuracy, deviations).
- Establish KPIs and produce required reports
- Support the project team on financial processes, including accruals, year-end rollovers, funding requests, and project closures, in coordination with Finance
- Maintain centralized project documentation, approvals, and SharePoint sites with regards to project financials Support user access, onboarding, and offboarding of resources, if applicable
- Support procurement activities: purchase requests (PR) and purchase orders (PO), invoice approvals, etc.
- Support project funding requests, including Capex/Opex classification and multi-year commitments, in collaboration with Finance
- Support project teams with planning and tracking of schedules, costs, and resource capacity.
- Adhere to Project Management Framework (PMF) throughout project/program life cycle and train new resources, as required, on PMO methodologies.
- Support the project team with program and portfolio reporting, including internal/external governance reports and Weekly Status Reports
- Ability to structure an existing program control environment where financial tracking, reporting, ownership, or governance practices are not fully standardized.
- Ability to identify gaps and implement practical improvements that support scalability, consistency, and year-over-year tracking.
Required:
- Experience working as a PCO for IS/IT projects using MS Project (required).
- Minimum of 10 years of IT project planning / administration / coordination / management.
- Experience working as a PCO in a large Program.
- Ability to work in a global organization with resources near shore and offshore
- Ability to work with other PCO/PMs from BIS and business organization.
- Good organizational, collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
- Demonstrates proactivity and leadership qualities.

Knowledge of the SAP ++ environment.
