Seasonal Snow Removal Operators receive $9,000–$15,000 in fixed seasonal compensation for the November 1 to March 31 winter season, based on operator level, experience, and equipment qualifications.
Compensation is paid consistently throughout the winter, including during periods of little or no snowfall.
In return, operators must maintain the availability required for snow-removal operations throughout the full winter season and report for assigned shifts when called.

Position Summary
As a Snow Removal Equipment Operator, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient use of heavy machinery to clear snow from our clients’ sites - ensuring safety, accessibility, and client satisfaction all winter long.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate assigned snow removal equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre and post-operation inspections and perform minor repairs if needed
- Communicate and coordinate with supervisors and colleagues during operations
- Accurately record operational data in our software and reporting tools
- Perform other related duties as required
What you need to be successful
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (Class 3 is an asset)
- 2+ years of snow removal or heavy equipment operation experience (training provided if needed)
- Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snowy, and windy conditions
- Winter availability: You must be available at all times during snow events and assigned shifts throughout the November 1 – March 31 season.
- Reliable, responsible, and physically fit
- Must have reliable transportation to our LaSalle office or other designated sites
