Manage daily restaurant operations, budgets, menu pricing, labour costs, inventory, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Recruit, schedule, and supervise staff while handling customer concerns, supplier and client negotiations, and events.

Requirements

Requires 2 to less than 3 years of experience and a College/CEGEP education. The role also calls for staff supervision, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and personal qualities including dependability, flexibility, organization, reliability, teamwork, and multitasking.
