About The Role
The Analyst, Business Intelligence (BI) at Bombardier plays a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This position involves collecting, structuring, and analyzing data from multiple sources such as ERP systems, operational data, and quality management platforms. The successful candidate will develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using advanced Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, enabling stakeholders to monitor performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.
This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, understand business needs, and translate them into analytical solutions. The Analyst will ensure data quality and governance, automate reporting processes, and support the organization’s data-driven culture. Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
- Strong SQL skills and advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex data clearly
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Experience in manufacturing or operational environments is an asset
- Knowledge of data governance or data architecture is a plus
