We’re looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who brings strong design expertise, project management skills and a strategic mindset. Reporting to the Design Strategist, Team Lead (Art Director), you’ll work closely with the graphic design team and cross-functional partners to develop creative concepts and deliver design projects that support Superior Glove’s marketing and brand strategies. You’ll ensure each deliverable aligns with our brand standards, marketing objectives, project requirements and production timelines, while contributing to the ongoing evolution of our visual identity, brand standards and creative processes. Success in this role calls for exceptional design execution, attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
The Senior Graphic Designer will work out of our Global Headquarters in Acton, Ontario. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with regular onsite collaboration required.

More about the role:
Reporting to the Design Strategist, Team Lead, the Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and executing high-quality visual communications that support Superior Glove's marketing and brand strategies. This role manages creative projects from concept through final production while collaborating with marketing, product management, sales, and other stakeholders to deliver engaging creative across multiple channels. The successful candidate will also contribute to the ongoing evolution of our visual identity, brand standards, and creative processes while supporting and mentoring other members of the design team.
Responsibilities:
Concept Development
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that support marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, sales, and other stakeholders to gather insights and translate requirements into compelling creative.
- Present creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final solutions.
Project Management
- Manage assigned creative projects from concept development through final production and delivery.
- Develop project plans, coordinate timelines, prioritize work, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Graphic Design Production
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for print, digital, social media, web, email, events, products, packaging, presentations, advertising, and other marketing channels.
- Translate marketing strategies, creative briefs, and business objectives into effective visual communications.
Creative Concept Development
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that support marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, sales, and other stakeholders to gather insights and translate requirements into compelling creative.
- Present creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final solutions.
Brand Stewardship & Creative Support
- Support the Design Strategist, Team Lead (our art director) in maintaining and evolving Superior Glove's visual identity and brand standards.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and creative reference materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience across print and digital marketing channels.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive project management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and related applications.
- Strong knowledge of branding, typography, print production, digital design, and visual communication principles.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and project management platforms such as Asana.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while working effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
- Positive, collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience in B2B marketing is preferred, while industrial or manufacturing experience is considered an asset
